Importantly, we will be collecting sensitive personal information relevant to your care and treatment at in-person and/or Telehealth appointments essential for the work we undertake

ADL Therapies recognise the Australia Privacy Principles that recognise individuals have the option of not identifying themselves, or of using a pseudonym, however, services are not able to be provided in this instance

ADL Therapies collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically via email or in person, when you access our website and when we provide our services to you

We may receive personal information from third parties; such as referrals from case managers and support coordinators. In these instances, we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy

Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services (i.e requesting quotes for equipment/home modifications, referral to other allied health professionals, requesting joint builder visits, contact with treating GP when indicated or mandatory reporting etc.) or in other rare instances such as the need to employ a debt collection service

ADL Therapies will include necessary personal information on formal documents such as reports, and share this with the intended audience (I.e. HCP providers, NDIS, funding organisations)
